The short version
If you give me your email address, I use it to send you the book and occasional updates about the series. Nothing else. It is never sold, rented or shared.
What is collected
- Your first name and email address, and optionally the role you selected — only if you fill in the signup form.
- Standard server logs kept by the hosting provider (Netlify), including IP address and browser type, used for security and to keep the site running.
There are no advertising trackers, no analytics profiling and no third-party cookies on this site.
The Team Readiness Planner
The planner runs entirely inside your own browser. Your answers, scores and 90-day plan are stored only in that browser's local storage on your own device. Nothing you type into it is transmitted to me, to the host, or to anyone else. Clearing your browser data removes it. There is also a “clear my data” control inside the planner itself.
How your email is used
- To send you the copy of the book you asked for.
- To let you know when Books Two and Three are available.
- Occasionally, to share something directly related to the series.
That's it. Frequency is low — this is a book, not a newsletter business.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask me at any time to tell you what I hold, correct it, or delete it entirely. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list. If you'd rather ask directly, message me on LinkedIn and I'll action it.
Who processes the data
Form submissions are handled by Netlify, which hosts this site. If an email service is used to deliver the book and updates, it is named here once it's in place. Both act as processors on my instructions; I remain the data controller.
Independence
This site and the books are a personal project, written in a personal capacity. They are not a product of, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of my employer, and no employer data is used or collected here.
Last updated: August 2026. If this policy changes materially, the date here changes with it.
